In-studio and outdoor group classes held regularly throughout the year. I work hard to make these classes as accessible as possible offering variations and modifications for all levels of students. Practices are varied and incorporate elements of asana, breath-training and pranayama as well as meditation.
A library of online classes is available for you to practice anywhere and anytime! Classes in vinyasa, yin and restorative range from 20-60 minutes. Monthly membership or daily pass options offered.
Private sessions are a great way for student and teacher to develop a deeper connection that allows for more intentional work and progression in practice.
